We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option, in addition to credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment systems specified on our website.

For COD orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

For COD orders, the courier will collect payment at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns and Refunds

Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or as a store credit.

No Refunds/Returns can be accepted without the original invoice.

Our fragrances are intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or ingestion.

If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
